RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any full-priced item within 14 days of delivery for a refund via the original payment method or store credit. Orders placed with a welcome discount are eligible for return.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Eligible items may be returned for a refund or store credit, which can then be used toward a new purchase. If you require a different size or item, you may contact us and we will do our best to reserve your preferred item where available.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, odour, fragrance, scuffs, tears, or snags, and returned with tags in their original packaging. All items must be returned in new, sellable condition.
Please take care when trying on your purchase, as items that do not meet our return requirements will be refused and returned at your expense.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any applicable customs, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
For refunds, a processing fee of AUD$15 for AU & NZ orders or AUD$25 for international orders, will be deducted to cover payment processing and logistics. This fee does not apply to store credit.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

All eligible returns will be processed within 2 – 4 business days of arriving at our HQ.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Please note that returns remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable return method. Formation is not responsible for any return items lost or damaged in transit.
ORDER ISSUES
Whilst quality control and care are taken, in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or experience an issue with your order, please email customer care at contact@formationessentials.com within 3 days of delivery and include clear photographic evidence. Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Formation.
